The 60’s
The 1960’s were an era ripe for change. The political and social events that
occurred in the 60’s, however, did not change the world in which we live; they
merely set the stage for the 70’s. Many
people associate three things with the 60’s; Woodstock, Drugs, and
Vietnam. They often forget about a
micro revolution in Literature. There
was also a revolution in drug use, which started in the 60’s and has yet to
peak even today.
